The Air Jordan Retro 1 High OG 'Black Toe' 2013 was the first retro re-release for this 1985 OG colorway. The sneaker earned its iconic status when Jordan paired them with a black and red Jordan Flight Suit for a Nike Air photoshoot that inspired the Jumpman logo. This 2013 retro version stays faithful to the original design with its white, red, and black toe color blocking and Nike Air branding. However, this version, and the 2016 retro, both swapped out the OG's black tongues and red Nike Air branding for white tongues with black Nike Air branding.
